Gary Kreppel, Esq. is the President and founder of the Law Offices of Gary H. Kreppel, P.C. He is a 1974 magna cum laude graduate of New England Law Boston (f/k/a New England School of Law), where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the New England Law Review. Mr. Kreppel did his undergraduate work at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Kreppel served first as a Trial Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, then as Labor Counsel for Montgomery Ward in Chicago, management consultant to private clients in labor and employee relations matters throughout the upper Midwest, and Manager of Labor Relations/Division Legal Counsel to Honeywell, Inc.'s Protection Services Division in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1984, Mr. Kreppel returned to private practice in the Boston area, concentrating in the areas of labor and employment law, personal injury, and commercial and consumer debt recovery. In 1989, Mr. Kreppel established his own law firm, now incorporated.

During his legal career, Mr. Kreppel has successfully tried cases before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as in all the Massachusetts state and federal trial courts. He has argued cases in the Massachusetts Appeals Court, District Court Appellate Division, and the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit. Mr. Kreppel has represented corporations, small businesses, and individuals in a diverse practice, including unfair labor and employment practices before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, as well as other fair employment practice agencies in several other states; business sales and acquisitions; tort, and general commercial and consumer litigation; workers compensation; non-competition covenants; extensive business contract drafting and negotiation; and nationwide representation of businesses in the security industry. Currently, Mr. Kreppel's law firm is one of the largest and most-respected creditors' rights litigation firms in Massachusetts, representing major national banks, collection agencies, and other credit grantors in all state courts.

Mr. Kreppel is admitted to practice before the National Labor Relations Board, the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and in Minnesota. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, and a founding member of the recently created Massachusetts Creditors Bar Association. He also serves as President of his Condominium Association.

Additionally, Mr. Kreppel served for over twenty years as a member of the adjunct faculty at New England Law Boston, where he taught Labor Law and Labor Practice and Procedure. Mr. Kreppel is a strong advocate for animal rights and rescue groups, where he volunteers both personal time and legal services.
